Klebe Fuel Company & Goshen Oil

1. Klebe Fuel Company reserves the right to inspect the equipment before acceptance into any one of our Service Plans for coverage to start. Repairs required to achieve qualification status will be billed outside the terms of this plan.
2. The Plan includes one annual tune-up. Tune-ups are to be scheduled by the customer during normal working hours to be performed between March 1 and September 30.
3. This Plan becomes null and void if all fuel oil and/or propane requirements are not purchased through Klebe Fuel Company. Customer must remain on automatic delivery, as defined by Klebe Fuel Company, for Plan benefits. There is no refund for terminated Plans.
4. Service Hours: During the life of the Plan, Klebe Fuel Company will provide dependable, prompt emergency service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency Service constitutes no heat, serious fuel leaks, or dangerous situations. All other regular service will be considered Priority Service. Priority Service will be performed during normal working hours, defined as Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, excluding holidays and inclement weather situations.
5. This Plan does not cover repairs when failure of system is due to the failure of the customer to maintain proper boiler water levels or pressures, nor for instances of customer setting thermostat too low for system to "call" for heat, nor for instances of customer leaving the emergency switch in the "off" position. This plan does not cover parts or controls on wood or coal burning systems. This Plan does not cover repairs to baseboard radiator systems including air in the radiators, changes in oil or propane consumption, frozen pipes, oil lines, or anything related to the propane/oil tank. This Plan does not cover domestic water coils, electric water heaters, radiant heating coils, piping not related to the heating system, or any manufacturing defects.
6. This plan does not cover repair or replacement of obsolete parts as defined by Company, such as certain zone valves, circulators, and combustion chambers, or other parts not available through regular sources of supply.
7. This agreement does not cover acts of God, fire damage, flooding, or water damage except that which is caused by ordinary wear and tear.
8. There shall be no liability, for any reason, on the part of Klebe Fuel Company for work performed by anyone else unless such person is authorized, in writing, by Klebe Fuel Company to perform such work or furnish parts.
9. The length of this agreement is for one year. It will automatically renew at that time unless we are notified of cancellation in writing 30 days prior.
10. The agreement is valid for residential and light commercial heating systems with a maximum firing rate of 2.00 GPH.
11. For plans induding the Ultrasonic Tank inspection this agreement will pay up to $1,000 toward the replacement of your fuel oil tank, once tested and qualified for the TankSure Program, if a tank leak occurs subsequent to this test due to internal corrosion, if a tank leak occurs due to a manufacturer's defect, or if a non-leaking tank is identified for proactive replacement. While we cannot guarantee that a leak will not occur or your tank will not fail after testing, we are providing this service with the hope that by testing and monitoring, we are offering a long-term proactive tank replacement program for our customers. Accidental damage is not covered by the TankSure Program. The TankSure® Program does not cover environmental cleanup, property damage, waste disposal services, or other damages or losses caused by a tank leak or system failure even if the tank has been tested and qualified ultrasonically and is enrolled in the TankSure® Program.
12. Customers on the Gold Plan will receive No charge for diagnosing system throughout the term of Plan (except where noted above).
13. Plans do not cover vacant or unattended premises.

ULTRASONIC TANK INSPECTION & BENEFITS

• Ultrasonic testing technology is used to measure and track your oil tank's integrity.
• Qualifying oil tanks receive a $1,000* credit toward a future oil tank replacement when replacement is required according to Klebe Fuel Company.
• Oil tanks in need of immediate repair or replacement will receive a $200* tank replacement credit toward a tank replacement.
• Qualifying tanks may be eligible for a 5% discount on their homeowners insurance policy by visiting www.ct.mytanksurediscount.com.

*Tank replacement must be done by Klebe Fuel Company.

NEW EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION CREDIT

**Depending on your plan, you can build up to $500 toward an installation over the course of 10 years.
